ABSTRACT Background: In handling of pregnancy with elevated risk, fetal lung maturity (FLM) prediction is crucial. Long bone epiphyseal ossification centers (OCs) are considered to be a helpful predictor of (FLM), moreover, they can precisely identified and assessed easily. Aim: This research is trying to find out whether there is an association between OCs identification and FLM. Methods: This prospective study was carried out at the Mansoura University Hospital outpatient obstetric clinic.
