Assessing The Workforce Of The Southwest Nebraska Public Health Department For The Development Of A Workforce Development Plan, Arnel Ramos
Capstone Experience
The purpose of this project was to assess the capacity and needs of the Southwest Nebraska Public Health Department (SWNPHD) workforce and to develop a workforce development plan that would meet the accreditation standards of the Public Health Accreditation Board (PHAB). An assessment survey was developed online through the Survey Monkey website using competency skills based on the guidelines established by the Council on Linkages Between Academia and Public Health Practice.
