Previous exercise studies in individuals with motor neuron disease have shown some positive benefits but the stress of regular exercise could result in overuse weakness in this population. The purpose of this case study is to determine the efficacy, and tolerability of a high-cadence dynamic cycling intervention in an individual with motor neuron disease.
