These meeting minutes list individuals in attendance at the December 9, 2016 Oregon Wine Board (OWB) meeting, held at the OSU Foundation Portland Center in Portland, Oregon. The Board went into Executive Session prior to calling the meeting to order. The finance, research, and marketing committees, and the Oregon Wine Standing Committee on Research (OWSCR), all provided reports.
