The presence of PPAT as public officials is the answer to the public’s need for legal certainty for certain contracts they undertake. The transfer of land rights through grants can only be carried out with an Authentic Deed made by PPAT. In order for a grant to be transferred completely, the conditions for making a Deed of Grant must be fulfilled and implemented in accordance with the provisions of the legislation.
