Notaries as public officials authorized to make an authentic deed must comply with all applicable provisions, related to the marriage agreement. This study uses normative juridical research methods with descriptive analytical research type, the type of data used is secondary data with data collection techniques through document study. The results of the study stated that the marriage agreement can basically contain whatever is desired by the parties who made it as long as it does not violate the boundaries of law, religion and morality.
