In a most distinguished and multifaceted career, Father Charles Whelan has been the personal embodiment of that ideal, through his dedication to education, to advocacy, and to service to a broader community. His has been a career shaped by his Ignatian ideals, and the legacy he leaves as he retires is extraordinary.
