In early 2017, Indonesia establish anew form of Production Sharing Contract (PSC). fromPSC cost recovery to PSC gros split. PSC gross split is expected to be a solution to thedecline upstream oil and gas investment level, and to increase state revenues. ThroughESDM Regulation No. 8/2017 PSC gross split was applied.
