This study aims to find out and analyze the comparative legal form of the Partnership in Indonesia as stipulated in the Indonesian Civil Code Book with the State of Brunei Darussalam as stipulated in the Laws of Brunei, Chapter 106 Contracts. There are 5 points that can be examined from the rules in 2 countries relating to the Partnership, namely: Status of Legal Entity, Establishment of Partnership, Organ Partnership, Responsibility and Disbanding the Partnership. A lawsuit is filed by a plaintiff and the defendant is served. The defendant has a drawer full of liability insurance policies and, therefore, the insured defendant sends a copy of the served complaint to any and all insurance carriers that may provide coverage for the claim. The insured defendant then receives a few coverage denials for reasons such as the event at issue did not occur within a certain policy period or that the insured’s private automobile policy does not provide coverage for a commercial general liability claim. Healthcare payment systems are complex and difficult to administer. Over the years, providers have developed a complex process, called revenue-cycle management, for administering their interactions with payers operating under various payment systems. The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 will have a significant impact on payment systems—as will other recent reform measures. This paper contains primers on revenue-cycle management, health insurance systems, medical claims, claim coding, electronic-data interchange (EDI), claims processing, and public and private reimbursement methods for hospitals and physicians.
