Japanese Society and Culture
Abstract
Since the establishment of the Long-term Care Insurance System in 2000, the promotion of the Community-based Integrated Care System has been advocated in COVID-19 Pandemic. But "H30 Research Report on Community-based Integrated Care" expects mutual aid based on self-help, while accepting economic and health disparities on the ground of "inevitable disparities". We will discuss the Community-based Integrated Care System in the era of emerging viruses with a view to infectious disease pandemics such as the novel coronavirus pandemic in relation to the significance and prospects of ACP (Advance Care Planning).

Plantain Cultivation In Puerto Rico: Its Inclusion In The National Crop Table Of The United States Department Of Agriculture’S Farm Service Agency, And Its Loss Compensation In Disaster Programs, Javier A. Rivera-Aquino
Journal of Food Law & Policy
If justice is to provide each person what they deserve, it seems plantain producers in Puerto Rico did not relish a just compensation for their farm losses after Hurricane Maria in 2017. The main culprit? Stale data. Farm Service Agency’s (FSA) Wildfire and Hurricanes Indemnity Program (WHIP) utilized plantain production data under the National Crop Table (NCT) 2017, which seemingly did not reflect up-to-date yield averages of Puerto Rico’s plantain farmers at the time of Hurricane Maria.

Establishing Construct Validity And Reliability: Pilot Testing Of A Qualitative Interview For Research In Takaful (Islamic Insurance), Maryam Dikko
The Qualitative Report
This paper describes the process of the conduct of preliminary tests to determine the construct and content validity of the chosen data collection method for a study into the relationship between Islamic principles and objectives, Islamic financial law and takaful (slamic Insurance) operations and practices in Nigeria. Semi-structured interviews were tested on a select group of respondents mirroring the intended subjects in the field. The pilot test showed the construct to be both valid and reliable while giving the opportunity to insert refinements to the research tool.
