A member of the Metropolitan Police of Washington, D.C. entered the hotel room of A and B for the purpose of subjecting it to a search. A and B were absent and no search warrant had been obtained. Narcotics, which had been stored there by D without knowledge of A or B, were found and later turned over to a federal agent.
