This research discusses the implementation of the transfer of rights to shares in PT Permitra Parahyangan Prakasa, with a buying and selling mechanism that is paid using a cheque as the decision of the High Court of DKI Jakarta Register Case No. 51/PDT/2019/PT.DKI.
