Anti-dumping is a form of action against price discrimination by importing countries by selling their products below normal values with the aim of competing with local products and potentially causing serious injury to the domestic industry for liked products. Indonesia as a member of the WTO is subject to the provisions of the WTO legal framework including provisions regarding anti-dumping.
