A person with a disability is someone who has physical, intellectual, mental and / or sensory limitations for a long time. This research examines and answers problems regarding the protection of workers with disabilities in Indonesia who are currently vulnerable and still experiencing discrimination. Persons with disabilities certainly have the right to get a decent living by working and entrepreneurship as mandated in the 1945 Constitution.
