This article examines issues related to the competence of the supervisory board of the joint-stock company. The author discusses in detail the provisions of the law "On joint-stock companies" in terms of the exclusive competence of the supervisory board in the sphere of general management of the company's activities, shareholders' rights, ensuring disclosure of information and transparency.
