California Courts In Historical Perspective, William Wirt Blume
California Courts In Historical Perspective, William Wirt Blume
UC Law Journal

Mr. Blume analytically traces this development and presents the history of the California court system in terms of the debates, political conflicts, and personalities which underlie it.
