The 2011 Thailand floods caused extensive damages widely areas. Especially in the manufacturing sector, it is not the only individual company but also the supply chain disruption. Area Business Continuity Management (Area-BCM) is a valuable system that helps businesses successfully reduce flood damage. To achieve the project's ultimate goal, a significant factor that impacts Area-BCM activities is essential.
