Responses Of Ka’Oje Metallurgical Manganese Ore To Gravity Concentration Techniques, R. A. Muriana Jul 2015

Responses Of Ka’Oje Metallurgical Manganese Ore To Gravity Concentration Techniques, R. A. Muriana

Innovative Research Publications IRP India

Metallurgical manganese ore samples from Ka’oje (Nigeria) were enriched to higher Metallurgical grades during wet gravity separation techniques which included Jigging and Tabling operations. As-mined samples S1 (36.83%MnO), S2 (47.85%MnO), S3 (58.85%MnO) and S4 (54.96%MnO) were dressed and screened to -780+500 μm, -500+355μm, -355+250 μm, -250+192 μm and -192 μm particle size ranges. Obtained Jigging test concentrates assayed 51.54% MnO minimum recovery level with an enrichment ratio (ER) of 1.02; while Tabling operation concentrates assayed 91.11% MnO maximum recovery and 1.14 ER value. These responses demonstrated the suitability of the two techniques in raising the enrichment levels of the ores …

Innovative Research Publications IRP India

In The recent decades, the use of underground spaces including tunnels, railway, subway, cavern, underground spaces and others had great growth. Geological and geotechnical site conditions vary in different projects, requires different design, calculation and implementation methods also requires that the past experience and scientific and technical principles consistently applied. In this article we have tried to use the method of analytical, numerical and experimental investigation of the subway tunnel subsidence station of Imam Ali university

Value Addition In Packaging : Delight To The Industry, Innovative Research Publications Irp India, Goyat Arohit Apr 2015

Value Addition In Packaging : Delight To The Industry, Innovative Research Publications Irp India, Goyat Arohit

Innovative Research Publications IRP India

Earlier packaging was done just to deliver the product safely from producer to consumer. But, now packaging is done to delight the consumer as most consumers judge product by its packaging before buying. In today’s scenario many companies are launching similar products. To compete in the market some value addition features are added to a package for brand identification & sale promotions. This project is about to study the various aspects & techniques to add value to a package.

Prediction Performance And Generalization Of The Empirical Estimation Of Rockmass Deformation Modulus Based On Rockmass Classification Systems, Innovative Research Publications Irp India, Muhammad Tahir, Noor Mohammad Dec 2014

Prediction Performance And Generalization Of The Empirical Estimation Of Rockmass Deformation Modulus Based On Rockmass Classification Systems, Innovative Research Publications Irp India, Muhammad Tahir, Noor Mohammad

Innovative Research Publications IRP India

The deformation modulus of rock mass can either be measured using in-situ field tests or estimated empirically. However, the empirical method is an attractive and open choice for researchers to estimate the deformation modulus of rock mass economically, efficiently and accurately and many researchers have proposed empirical equations for estimation the deformation modulus of rock mass based rock mass classification systems. In this paper attempt has been made to collect and review some these published empirical equations developed so far based on Rock Mass Rating, Geological Strength Index, and Q rock mass classification systems. These empirical equations based on each …
