Steel and iron are the building blocks with which we construct our world. From buildings to machines to transportation the use of these materials can be found in all aspects of life. In their crude form they do not have much use, so manufacturers standardize various shapes and sizes to create usable resources. These include bars, rods, beams, sheet, and angle iron. The team made up of three engineering students Jake Burns, Jason Robertson, and Alex Welling is working with a company called Peddinghaus.
