Tyrosinase Immobilizarion On Boron-Doped Diamond Electrodes And The Determination Of Phenolic Compounds, Yan-Li Zhou, Jin-Fang Zhi

As-grown BDD surfaces were first functionalized by photochemically linking vinyl groups of allylamine,producing covalently linked amine-terminated active BDD surfaces.Then the tyrosinase was immobilized onto the BDD surface through peptide linking.Cyclic voltammograms of phenol,pcresol and hydroquinone were measured using the tyrosinase-modified BDD electrode and amperometric characteristics such as sensitivity,linear response range and stability were studied.
