Software effort is a measure of manpower dedicated to developing and maintaining and software. Effort estimation can help project managers monitor their software, teams, and timelines. Conversely, improper effort estimation can result in budget overruns, delays, lost contracts, and accumulated Technical Debt (TD). Issue Tracking Systems (ITS) have become mainstream project management tools, with over 65,000 companies using Jira alone. ITS are an untapped resource for issue resolution effort research. Abstract: The general architecture and experiments of Transportation National Virtual Simulation Experiment Teaching Center (TNVSETC) were introduced. The features of simulation platforms which include “huge, multi-sources, iomerous” big-data platform, “whole procedure, semi-object, virtual reality” railway planning, design and operation integrated simulation platform, roadway planning, design, control and operations evaluation simulation platform were analyzed. The main modeling techniques and technique characteristics of simulation software including traffic circumstance construction technology, vehicle behavior model, pedestrian behavior model, transporation supplying model and management methods were summarized. The advice on the future development of TNVSETC simulation software was proposed.

Human movement is an instinctive yet challenging task that involves complex interactions between the neuromusculoskeletal system and its interaction with the surrounding environment. One key obstacle in the understanding of human locomotion is the availability and validity of experimental data or computational models. Corresponding measurements describing the relationships of the nervous and musculoskeletal systems and their dynamics are highly variable. This flexibility of protein structures is associated with various biological processes. Context data, collected either from mobile devices or from user-generated social media content, can help identify abnormal behavioural patterns in public spaces (e.g., shopping malls, college campuses or downtown city areas). Spatiotemporal analysis of such data streams provides a compelling new approach towards automatically creating real-time urban situational awareness, especially about events that are unanticipated or that evolve very rapidly. Manufacturing technology has permitted an exponential growth in transistor count and density. However, making efficient use of the available transistors in the design has become exceedingly difficult. Standard design flow involves synthesis, verification, placement and routing followed by final tape out of the design. Due to the presence of various undesirable effects like capacitive crosstalk, supply noise, high temperatures, etc., verification/validation of the design has become a challenging problem.
