This paper examines the broad spectrum of blockchain applications beyond cryptocurrency. It explores its potential to innovate and drive change across finance, supply chain management, healthcare, real estate, and voting systems. We review recent literature, detail specific use cases, and discuss blockchain's challenges and opportunities, aiming to provide a comprehensive overview of its transformative impact.
