Chemical Technology, Control and Management
Around the world, the food industry is focusing on achieving energy and resource efficiency. One of the main challenges in the field of process automation is the creation of effective control systems using intelligent technologies to improve the quality of processes and achieve the production of high-quality products with less energy and resources. Therefore, it is necessary to work with a large amount of data. Particular attention is paid to the development of computational algorithms for automated high-speed computational analysis systems for processing this data at high speed. Therefore, the article discusses the use of quantum computing methods in controlling …

Chemical Technology, Control and Management
The theory and practice of establishing industrial automation systems for glass furnaces and installations as they are right now are taken into consideration. Comparative analysis is based on publications over the last 20 years in the field being studied. On the basis of an analysis of the review materials, generalizations are made that form the basis for proposals aimed at modernizing and improving the technology and instrumentation of fuel combustion processes in gas-burning furnaces and installations, as well as monitoring and control systems for technological processes occurring in glass furnaces and installations.

Synthesis Of Control Systems With Multilayer Neural Networks Based On Velocity Gradient Methods, Oxunjon Boborayimov, Okyay Kaynak
Chemical Technology, Control and Management
In this manuscripts, the synthesis of control systems with multilayer neural networks based on the speed gradient methods is given. For adjusting the weight coefficients of the base processor element, the gradient method of minimizing the learning criterion is used. A procedure for the synthesis of neural network control systems based on the velocity gradient methods has been developed. This guarantees the stabilization of the system under external limited disturbances that are inaccessible to direct measurement. Taking into account the state vector of the control object in the network learning function ensures the consistency of the processes of setting the …

The problem of high-current radio engineering devices is related to the fact that the use of high-power transistors and other semiconductor devices is limited by such a phenomenon as a secondary breakdown, in which there is a sharp decrease in the voltage on the device with simultaneous internal current lacing, and the device fails. To solve the problem of secondary breakdown, schemes have been proposed that operate stably at reverse voltage values 4-5 times higher than usual and at power dissipation 2-3 times higher than the maximum allowable power for an individual device. The problem is proposed to be solved …

Methods And Algorithms For Monitoring And Prediction Of Various Fire Hazardous Situations, Mizaakbar Xakkulmirzayevich Hudayberdiyev, Oybek Zokirovich Koraboshev
Chemical Technology, Control and Management
This article analyzes emergency situations arising from natural disasters (fires, explosions, earthquakes, floods, landslides, etc.) and man-made accidents. The event in which the values of fire risks in the area decrease uniformly and at the same time the amount of fire risks is minimal is considered optimal. Models, methods, and logistic regression algorithm have been used to predict fire hazard situations and identify potential fire safety measures.
