The article is devoted to the analysis of the distribution of the magnetic field in the magnetic conductors of a wide-range current transformer for the development of a mathematical model that can be used as the basis for calculating its static characteristics and error. In the paper, the mathematical models of the new magnetoelastic sensor for measuring power and vibration parameters are developed taking into account the aggregation or scattering of the parameters of electromagnetic chains and the characteristics of the magnetization curve of the magnetic conductor material. The analysis of the generated mathematical models and graphs based on them showed that the magnetic chain in which the coils are assembled does not take into account the nonlinearity of the magnetization curve of the magnetic conductive material (electrotechnical steel), the result is 12 ÷ 15% of the experimental results. A modified Kalman filter of the glass cooking process is synthesized, taking into account perturbations in the form of a sequence of colored noises. The possibility of expanding this filter by noise filters to improve functioning in the presence of low-frequency disturbances is studied and a corresponding estimation scheme with additional noise filters is proposed. The results of the simulation allow us to assume that low-frequency disturbances in the glass furnace act at the input and affect the state of the control object.

Mathematical models of thermal processes of traction asynchronous motors are developed. A traction asynchronous motor is considered as a thermal system consisting of three bodies (stator winding, stator magnetic core and rotor), which take into account the heat exchange not only between the corresponding bodies, but also the heat exchange between each body and the environment.
