Mathematical Model Of An Industrial Robot Built On The Basis Of Linear Motion Mechatron Modules, Matyokubov Nurbek Rustamovich, Rakhimov Temurbek Omonboyevich
Chemical Technology, Control and Management
The use of Industry 4.0 technologies in modern production serves to increase production efficiency. Robots and robotic complexes with innovative intelligent control are widely used in industrial production. However, studying their mechanical part, linear motion mechatronic modules and control system is a complex object. The variety and complexity of control methods and operating modes negatively affects the operator's working time and production productivity. In such cases, it is necessary to improve control methods and develop technologies used in industry, including robots and robotic manipulators, which allow to perform short movements with high accuracy and speed. In the article, the mathematical …
Topological Interpolation Method For Modeling Dynamic Systems, Isamiddin Xakimovich Siddikov, Dilnoza Maxamadjanovna Umurzakova
Topological Interpolation Method For Modeling Dynamic Systems, Isamiddin Xakimovich Siddikov, Dilnoza Maxamadjanovna Umurzakova
Chemical Technology, Control and Management
The method of simulation structural-complex continuous-discrete control systems is discussed. For simulation and calculation of dynamic processes in continuous-discrete systems topological interpolation method is proposed, based on application of hybrid methods of space of state variables and interpolation of signals. The essence of the method is that the dynamics of the investigated system, considered at the final interval, is broken down into subintervals, on each of which the processes are described by linear ordinary system differential equations. The computational efficiency of the proposed method was evaluated by comparison with standard methods such as the Runge-Kutta-Merson method. The use of this …
A Cfd-Based Scaling Analysis On Liquid And Paint Droplets Moving Through A Weak Concurrent Airflow Stream, Masoud Arabghahestani, Nelson Akafuah, Tianxiang Li, Kozo Saito
A Cfd-Based Scaling Analysis On Liquid And Paint Droplets Moving Through A Weak Concurrent Airflow Stream, Masoud Arabghahestani, Nelson Akafuah, Tianxiang Li, Kozo Saito
Progress in Scale Modeling, an International Journal
We conducted volume of fluids (VOF) multiphase model numerical simulations to obtain the interaction among all the major governing forces identified in our previous paper. Our numerical experiments are intended to assess the droplet generation process and the jetting behavior by providing specific input conditions, offering CFD as a tool to study scaling correlations instead of physical experiments. Water droplets that can represent waterborne paints were generated by piezo-generated sinusoidal waveforms at the inlet of the nozzle. The governing forces included the external piezo-based wave-generation force, the inertial force of droplets, the inertial force of air, the viscose force of …

Problem Solving Methods For Synthesis Of Physical Principles Of Mechatronic Module Operations In Intelligent Robotic Systems, Nazarov Khayriddin Nuritdinovich
Chemical Technology, Control and Management
The scientific paper investigates the methods for solving problems of synthesis of physical principles of operation of mechatronic modules of intelligent robotic systems are considered.
In addition, it deals with the specifics of the process of synthesis of the physical principles of the operation of mechatronic modules using predicate models, list models and information matrices of physical and technical effects.
It shows the interpretation of the components of the model of the system for the synthesis of the physical principles of operation of mechatronic modules of intelligent robotic systems and automatic control and the features of the synthesis algorithm for …
The Concept Of Constructing Set-Theoretic Models Of Structures Of Intelligent Multi-Axis Mechatronic Robot Modules, Nazarov Khayriddin Nuritdinovich, Matyokubov Nurbek Rrustamovich, Temurbek Omonboyevich Rakhimov, Pulatov Rustambek Alisher Ugli
The Concept Of Constructing Set-Theoretic Models Of Structures Of Intelligent Multi-Axis Mechatronic Robot Modules, Nazarov Khayriddin Nuritdinovich, Matyokubov Nurbek Rrustamovich, Temurbek Omonboyevich Rakhimov, Pulatov Rustambek Alisher Ugli
Bulletin of TUIT: Management and Communication Technologies
The article discusses the features and areas of application of multi-axis electromagnetic mechatronic modules in modules of mechatronic and robotic systems that allow not only to increase productivity and improve the quality of manufactured products, but also by replacing heavy, monotonous and sometimes associated with a risk to human health, manual labor with a machine to release a person for creative constructive work. The generalized structure of a multi-axis mechatronic module is presented; multiple theoretical models of construction principles for the study of electromagnetic mechatronic modules of robots and robotic systems are constructed. In this case, the main attention is …
Techniques To Solve Decision-Making Problems, Dilnoz Tulkunovna Muhamediyeva, Bekmuratov Fayzievich Tulkun
Techniques To Solve Decision-Making Problems, Dilnoz Tulkunovna Muhamediyeva, Bekmuratov Fayzievich Tulkun
Chemical Technology, Control and Management
Solving decision-making problems in poorly formalized systems only with the help of deterministic and probabilistic methods is insufficient. To do this, it is necessary to widely apply the methods of hybrid intelligent systems and, especially, the methods of “soft” calculations (SoftCalculation, SoftComputing) and the directions of ComputationalIntelligence — intelligent computing technologies that are emerging on this theoretical and methodological base. An immune - fuzzy algorithm for the synthesis of fuzzy inference systems (FIS) is proposed. A two-stage adaptive FIS synthesis algorithm is described. At the first stage, the initial fuzzy parameters are clustered in order to reduce the number of …
An Economic Analysis Of Small-Scale Biodiesel Production: Implementation Of Ethyl Ester Production In A Job Shop Setting, Scott Haase, Benjamin Craig
An Economic Analysis Of Small-Scale Biodiesel Production: Implementation Of Ethyl Ester Production In A Job Shop Setting, Scott Haase, Benjamin Craig
Journal of Undergraduate Research at Minnesota State University, Mankato
Biodiesel is becoming a demanded consumer automotive alternative fuel used in diesel vehicles today. An emerging trend is toward small-scale biodiesel production performed by the final consumer. A limited source of commercially available production systems exists and has resulted in many systems being designed and built by the user. Preliminary research conducted by the authors has shown biodiesel to be the least-cost alternative to petroleum diesel after as few as 8 months of system use. This study examines the economic viability of building and producing biodiesel using a small-scale production system versus buying consumer petroleum diesel. During production, measurements were …

Simplifying Lubricants For Farm Machinery, R A. Platt
Journal of the Department of Agriculture, Western Australia, Series 4
All moving parts on machinery needs lubrication. With the rapid development in farm machinery and its attendant sophistifications, the stresses imposed on the lubricants have also increased.
This article looks at some of the changes in requirements and developments in lubricants available.
