Study Of Amino-Acid Composition Of Seed Of Oats Fruit (Avena Sativa L.), Nurullaeva Dilobar, Farmanova Nodira Jan 2020

Study Of Amino-Acid Composition Of Seed Of Oats Fruit (Avena Sativa L.), Nurullaeva Dilobar, Farmanova Nodira

CHEMISTRY AND CHEMICAL ENGINEERING

For the first time, the amino acid composition of the seed oat fruit harvested in the Republic of Uzbekistan was stud-ied. Chromatographic detection of amino acids was performed by the method of ascending one-dimensional paper chroma-tography; violet, red-violet and yellow staining was observed, indicating the presence of free amino acids in the raw materi-al under study. The determination of the qualitative and quantitative content of amino acids of oat fruit was carried out by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) on an Agilent Technologies 1200 chromatograph, column 75x4.6 mm Discovery HS C18. Qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation of the concentration of …

Determination Of Amino Acids Buffer Of Soluble Proteins Of The Aral Sea Artemia Cyst, Khajibayev Quvvat, Berdimbetova Gulsara, Qarlibayeva Bakhtigul, Oshchepkova Yuliya Jan 2020

Determination Of Amino Acids Buffer Of Soluble Proteins Of The Aral Sea Artemia Cyst, Khajibayev Quvvat, Berdimbetova Gulsara, Qarlibayeva Bakhtigul, Oshchepkova Yuliya

CHEMISTRY AND CHEMICAL ENGINEERING

For the first time, the amino acid composition of the buffer of soluble proteins of the Artemia cyst of the Aral Sea was determined. The determination of the qualitative and quantitative amino acid content of the buffer of soluble proteins of Artemia cysts was carried out by high performance liquid chromatography. Qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation of the concentration of the studied free amino acids were carried out by comparing the retention time and peak areas of standard amino acids, and the studied phenylthiocarbamide derivatives of amino acids. As a result of studies in the buffer of soluble proteins of …

Zeolite Linde Type L As Micro-Solid Phase Extraction Sorbent For The High Performance Liquid Chromatography Determination Of Ochratoxin A In Coffee And Cereal, Eng-Poh Ng Dr. Jan 2012

Zeolite Linde Type L As Micro-Solid Phase Extraction Sorbent For The High Performance Liquid Chromatography Determination Of Ochratoxin A In Coffee And Cereal, Eng-Poh Ng Dr.

Eng-Poh Ng

Zeolite Linde Type L (LTL) crystals with different length, diameter and particle size (nanosized LTL, rod LTL, cylinder LTL and needle LTL) were synthesized, characterized and were used as sorbent in the micro-solid phase extraction of ochratoxin A (OTA) before the high performance liquid chromatography detection. Under the optimized conditions, the detection limits of OTA for coffee and cereal were 0.09 ng g−1 and 0.03 ng g−1, respectively, while the quantification limits were 0.28 ng g−1 and 0.08 ng g−1, respectively. The recoveries of OTA of coffee and cereal spiked at 0.5, 10 and 25 ng g−1 ranged from 91.7 …

Jean-Philippe Tessonnier

Preparation and characterisation of a highly active and stable beta zeolite supported on a pre-shaped silicon carbide catalyst for the benzoylation reaction in liquid phase.

Confirmation Of Conjugation Processes During Tnt Metabolism By Axenic Plant Roots, R. Bhadra, D. G. Wayment, J. B. Hughes, Jacqueline V. Shanks Jan 1999

Confirmation Of Conjugation Processes During Tnt Metabolism By Axenic Plant Roots, R. Bhadra, D. G. Wayment, J. B. Hughes, Jacqueline V. Shanks

Jacqueline V. Shanks

This paper examines processes in plants for the formation of fate products of TNT beyond its aminated reduction products, 2-amino-4,6-dinitrotoluene and 4-amino-2,6- dinitrotoluene. TNT metabolites were isolated and characterized in combination with temporal analyses of product profiles and 14C distribution, in microbe-free, axenic root cultures of Catharanthus roseus. Four unique TNTderived compounds were isolated. Using evidence from 1H NMR, mass spectroscopy, HPLC, acid hydrolysis, and enzymatic hydrolysis with â-glucuronidase and â-glucosidase, they were established as conjugates formed by reactions of the amine groups of 2-amino-4,6-dinitrotoluene and 4-amino-2,6-dinitrotoluene. From the mass spectral evidence, at least a six-carbon unit from the plant …
