Modeling Of Multicomponent Rectification Under Uncertainty, Nodirbek Rustambekovich Yusupbekov, Djalol Patxiddinovich Mukhitdinov, Yorkin Bakhodirovich Kadirov

Chemical Technology, Control and Management

This paper presents a complete computer model for an industrial distillation column, which considers the input, output and model (nonlinearity and high-frequency dynamics of the process) uncertainties. The proposed model has a great advantage of covering the entire working range of the distillation column. This model can be used as a main tool for the analysis and synthesis of distillation process control systems.

Mathematical Models Of Differential Magnetic Circuits Of Converters With Movable Screens And Distributed Parameters, S.F. Amirov, O.T. Boltayev

Journal of Tashkent Institute of Railway Engineers

In the article the mathematical models of differential magnetic transducers with movable electromagnetic screens and with distributed parameters, taking into account the magnetic flux scattering, are developed. To develop a mathematical model of the transducer, the distribution expression of magnetic fluxes before the moving and after the moving parts are obtained using the method of magnetic circuit dismemberment, and the resulting magnetic flux is determined by the overlay method. The developed mathematical models showed that the discrepancy between experimental and theoretical results does not exceed 8-11%.

Mathematical Models Of Magnetic Chains Of Electron Electromagnetic Modifiers With Fluid Meter Measuring Fluid Surface, S.F. Amirov, A.O. Ataullaev, S.H. Jumabaev Aug 2019

Mathematical Models Of Magnetic Chains Of Electron Electromagnetic Modifiers With Fluid Meter Measuring Fluid Surface, S.F. Amirov, A.O. Ataullaev, S.H. Jumabaev

Journal of Tashkent Institute of Railway Engineers

Mathematical models of magnetic circuits of electromagnetic flow transducers with an annular channel have been developed, taking into account the distribution of the parameters of the magnetic circuit and leakage fluxes closed through non-working air gaps. The possibility of compensating for the difference in magnetic resistance of coaxially arranged concentric ferromagnetic cores due to the difference in their circumference by selecting the thickness of the cores is shown.

Approximation Model Of A Typical Mechanical Object With Distributed Parameters, A.F. Verlan, M.V. Sagatov, D.K. Karimova, U.S. Fayzullaev

Technical science and innovation

The article discusses the method of approximation transformations for the study of a typical mechanical object with distributed parameters. A mathematical description of an object with distributed parameters, which is given in the form of a partial differential equation, and their structural models are considered. An approximation model has been obtained with a number of unique properties that have proven useful in the construction of structural models of electromechanical systems.

A Study Of Linear Magnetic Chains In Electromagnetic Flow Converters With Ring Channels, S.F. Amirov, A.O. Ataullaev

Chemical Technology, Control and Management

Mathematical models of magnetic circuits of electromagnetic flow transducers with an annular channel have been developed, taking into account the distribution of the parameters of the magnetic circuit and leakage fluxes closed through non-working air gaps. The possibility of compensating for the difference in magnetic resistance of coaxially arranged concentric ferromagnetic cores due to the difference in their circumference by selecting the thickness of the cores is shown. It is established that the magnetic flux in concentric ferromagnetic cores is nonlinearly distributed along the angular coordinate, and the magnetic induction in the annular channel is unevenly distributed along the angular …

Research On Numerical Simulation Of Continuous Roll Forming Process Of Four-Roll Plate Bending Machines, Wang Yan, Xinqing Zhu, Jiefei Hu, Ximin Cui

Journal of System Simulation

Abstract: In order to improve the production process quality of four-roll plate bending machines, a four-roll bending mathematical model is established and a finite element simulation is used to verify its accuracy. The influence of side roller displacement, sheet thickness, and rotational speed on the radius and quality of the final shaped plate are analyzed. The simulation results show that as the displacement of side roll increases, the downtrend of the sheet forming radius gradually slows down and the quality of the formed sheet also decreases. Plastic strain fluctuation on plate surface decreases as the thickness increases, quality of thick …

Mathematical Modeling And Simulation Application Of Gshp Unit, Li Hui, Shaogang Yang, Fengying Liu

Journal of System Simulation

Abstract: For the purpose of building a simulation platform of GSHP system, a semi empirical mathematical model of GSHP unit adopting multiple nonlinear regression method was established based on the mechanism knowledge and the sample data of GSHP unit. A GSHP unit module was developed, namely Type223, and its accuracy was verified by simulation analysis. A TRNSYS simulation platform of GSHP system was built by Type223 module. The operation characteristics of variable flow on ground source side of GSHP system was studied under variable frequency control. The results showed that, the energy consumption of GSHP unit is increased compared …
