The COVID-19 pandemic has affected many aspects of the construction industry and one of the main aspects that has been affected is productivity. Monitoring productivity on a job is important because it allows us to identify areas that take up the most time and thus gives us the opportunity to allocate resources effectively. Due to safety regulations and new protocols being put in place, the productivity levels on every job has changed.
