The main goal of this study is to prepare and implement a proposed normative framework, represented by the “Najaz” program for developing performance indicators in secondary schools in Saudi Arabia, through tracking for a period of three years: (2020-2021-2022) in the field of learning outcomes, regularity, behavior, talent, professional development, values, volunteering and participation, excellence, e-learning, beneficiaries, school environment. Abstract
This paper examined the effect of teachers' motivational factors on the achievement of classroom teaching effectiveness in public secondary schools in Nigeria. A survey research design was used for the study. The respondents were 200 qualified teachers, both males and females randomly selected from 10 public secondary schools in Agege Local Government area of Lagos Nigeria. The research instrument for the study was the questionnaire titled Teachers' Motivation Questionnaire (TMQ). The aim of this study was to examine the impact of the reciprocal and the collaborative teaching strategies on improving the literary appreciation skills of the seventh-grade students in Jordan. To this end, lesson plans were prepared, and a test for literary appreciation designed.
The experimental group was taught using the reciprocal and the collaborative strategies, while the control group was taught using the traditional method. After completion of the teaching that lasted for two full months, the literary appreciation test was conducted on the experimental and control groups.
