The wide spectrum of everything that is to be taught, as well as how it is to be introduced (in the writer’s opinion) has been neglected. Rather than focusing on one phase or a limited number of areas of interest, this work attempts to serve as a comprehensive basketball coaching manual for a beginning mentor. It would facilitate the coaching process if coaches could compare the various levels of cardiovascular fitness that their swimmers have attained. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between maximum oxygen uptake and the 12, 9, 6 and 3 minute aerobic swim performance tests in intercollegiate male and female swimmers.

Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the attitudes held by physical education teachers towards the implementation of Title IX with particular emphasis on coeducational physical education.
