Think-Pair-Share teaching strategy proceeds with three steps. Usually, it applies in all academic subjects; nonetheless, I employed it in algebra class when we analyzed open ended questions. Current aviation college programs aim to prepare the next generation of aviation professionals to meet the needs of the ever-increasing global demand for air travel. Previous literature has identified gaps in competencies that employers noted in young graduates. This study attempts to narrow that gap by focusing on the curriculum of the top 20 aviation programs in the U.S. to compare the curriculum to the skills employers cited to assess whether the courses offered in the current programs reflect the actual needs of the aviation workplace. This is a survey study that determines the Albanian teachers' attitudes toward multicultural education and the participants of the study were 50 teachers who are teaching different subjects in various grades and schools in region of Ferizaj. The data for this study was collected through a 5-point Likert scale called "Teachers' Multicultural Attitude Scale". According to findings, it is determined that teachers have positive attitudes towards multicultural education. Their attitudes differ in a statistically significant way according to their gender, age, and professional seniority. Financial resources, human resources, facility prioritization, and curriculum decisions are all contingent on the dean’s approval. However, many chairpersons are unsure how to develop a trusting, collaborative relationship with their dean. This session will outline the distinctive roles of the chairperson and the academic dean and will present strategies for cultivating this important relationship. These same chairpersons are frequently faced with initiating change in departments that have operated similarly for years – perhaps decades. What is the first step? What should a new chair do to begin the discussion about change without alienating the faculty? This session will provide participants with practical, research-based strategies for defining the roles of the chair position, building trust within the faculty, and beginning a dialogue focused on meaningful change.
