It is a fair assumption that some sort of planned world order will emerge from World War II. The cynic will wonder whether this experiment will be any more effective than the now-defunct League of Nations, but at least the present indications are more favorable in that there is more interest in post-war problems, more evidence of comprehensive planning for the post-war period and a more widespread conviction that another world war must be prevented at all costs.
