الملخص:

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة هل يمكن اعتبار تقدير الذات متغيراً وسيطاً في العلاقة بين خبرات الطفولة والثقة بالنفس لدى طلاب الصف التاسع؟ وتكونت العينة من(421) طالباً، وتم استخدام مقياسي خبرات الطفولة، والثقة بالنفس إعداد الباحث، ومقياس تقدير الذات إعداد زورنبيج، وبيّنت النتائج أن مستوى خبرات الطفولة السلبية منخفض، وأن مستوى كل من خبرات الطفولة الإيجابية، وتقدير الذات والثقة بالنفس مرتفع ، كما بيّنت أن الخبرات الإيجابية منبئٌ إيجابيٌ بتقدير الذات والثقة بالنفس، بينما الخبرات السلبية منبئٌ سلباً بتقدير الذات والثقة بالنفس، وأن تقدير الذات متغير وسيط جزئي بين خبرات الطفولة الإيجابية والثقة بالنفس، وأنه وسيط كلي في العلاقة بين …

Mental Health And Its Relationship With The Psychological Resilience Of University Students During Corona Virus (Covid-19) Pandemic In Northwestern Syria, Dr. Iman Sarmini

This study sought to reveal the prevalence of mental disorders during the Corona virus' pandemic and its relationship with psychological resilience among university students in Northwestern Syria. To achieve this, Middlesex Hospital Questionnaire by Sidney Crawn & Crispy 1970 and the measure of psychological resilience developed by the researcher, were applied to a sample of 228 (158 males and 70 females) students from Al-Sham International University and the International University of Science and Renaissance. In childhood education, a behaviorist approach (a mixture of praise and punishment) has been used for student target behaviors; however, the results have not been consistent. This study investigated how a constructivist approach would work in the same setting. The participant was a four-year-old student who showed target behaviors with negative attention-seeking and avoidance of self-regulation; three teachers and the author worked with him on collaborative action research. Journal of Communication Pedagogy

This study examined communicative processes at multiple levels that may influence students’ academic resilience through transitions. Participant interviews (N = 23) revealed that at the individual level, students develop a resilient mindset and effective academic strategies, engage in self-care, and compartmentalize. At the relational level, students rely on teachers to demonstrate positive teaching behaviors, receive academic and emotional support from a variety of sources, and find role models to inspire resilience. Finally, students reported that the campus community gave opportunities to build support networks and access campus resources, but identified threats to effective use of these resilience-building opportunities. This paper presents a review of the historical context and the prominent debates about rural education that occurred from 1900-1940 and connects current trends in rural education to this history. Self-debasing cognitive distortion influences a person’s interpretation and increases the likelihood of negative reactions to events. Despite the theoretical support for the significant influence that cognition has in the onset and maintenance of behavioural and emotional reactions to victimisation, little research has been done on proactive cognitive strategy to down regulate negative emotional and behavioural reactions to witnessing bullying. For this reason, a qualitative descriptive-exploratory design was utilised to explore 10 early adolescent bystanders' reactions to school bullying following a self-debasing cognitive distortion restructuring intervention. Social issues about bully victimization are a topic receiving national attention in social work literature. Therefore, social workers must establish potential predictors of bullying victimization to eliminate them among at-risk populations, such as students who have disabilities. Adolescent and teenage students with disabilities are an oppressed population at risk of experiencing higher levels of bullying victimization. In addition, this population also experiences harsher socio-emotional outcomes because of bullying.
