هدف المقال التعرف إلى إدارة الذات وعلاقتها بالرضا الوظيفي لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية في لواء قصبة إربد، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي بالطريقة التحليلية لملائمته وطبيعة الدراسة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام مقياس (العنزي والعجمي،2021) لإدارة الذات ومقياس (سميث وكندال وهيولن، 1969) الخاص بالرضا الوظيفي، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (45) مدير، أظهرت النتائج بأن درجة إدارة الذات لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية في لواء قصبة إربد جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة دون أي فروق تعزى لمتغيري المؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة، وبأن مستوى الرضا الوظيفي لديهم مرتفع دون أي فروق تعزى لمتغيري المؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين إدارة …

سعت المقال التعرف إلى المعوقات التي قد تواجه طلبة جامعة الشرقية في امتلاكهم لمهارات البحث العلمي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من طلبة الجامعة (5800) خلال العام الأكاديمي (2021-2022)، أما العينة بلغت (400) طالب، من كليات الجامعة، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي في جمع البيانات، وتم إعداد استبانة هدفت إلى الكشف عن معوقات البحث العلمي التي تعوق الطلبة عن امتلاكهم لمهارات البحث، وبعد جمع البيانات وتحليلها باستخدام SPSS، توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: يرى طلبة الجامعة بدرجة متوسطة أن هناك معوقات تواجههم في مهارات البحث العلمي، وبلغ المتوسط الحسابي لهذه المعوقات (2.88) ومتوسطات محاور المعوقات (الذاتية، والثقافية، والأكاديمية) تراوحت بين (2.92-2.85)، وهي في …

The study investigates the impact of using the ClassDojo Program to modify the behavior of the basic stage students in Jordan. To achieve the study objectives, the quasi-experimental approach is adopted for one group. The study sample consisting of one group of (44) boys and girls from the 3rd grade at Al-Hoffaz Academy in the Capital Governorate Amman is purposefully selected. The article aimed to investigate the effect of a vocational rehabilitation program which is based on animal production on enabling persons with autism spectrum disorder occupationally in Amman. The sample consisted of (16) persons with autism spectrum disorders who attended two special education centers in Amman. They were chosen purposefully because these centers had vocational programs and adequate numbers of persons with autism spectrum disorder. The study aimed to reveal the difficulties facing teaching students with learning disabilities in Mathematics in light of Corona pandemic and proposed solutions to them from the point of view of their teachers. This study aimed to reveal the relationship between personality types and decision making among sample of aviation candidates and students’ in Jordan. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers used scale of personality types, which has been designed by Al-shraifeen & Al-shraifeen& Al- Deges study (2018). They developed scale of decision-making. The sample of the study consisted of (277) aviation candidates and students, were chosen availability during the semester 2016-2017.
