This study aims to design online physics learning about RLC series circuits using Golabz, which integrates Crocodile Physics and investigates its effectivity on students' understanding. This study aims to innovate science teaching materials based on scientific literacy on light and optical instruments. The study used the research and development (R&D) method with the four-D (4D) model. The subjects in the study included three experts and 60 class VIII students with an age range of 13-15 years at the same level. The Innovation House was developed using the ADDIE method (Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate). The vision of the Innovation House is to prepare teacher developers as reflectors, problem solvers, and decision-makers in science learning. Many online learning models are alternatives due to the Covid-19 pandemic in synchronous, asynchronous, or mixed-mode. However, resources to support independent student learning in Indonesia were still limited. The focus topic of the study is developing students' understanding of the physics concept of center of mass. A Web-based E-Scaffolding Enhance Learning (ESEL) was identified and implemented. This study used a quasi-experiment, one group, pretest-posttest design. Forty-one students participated in the research. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh perangkat e-learning materi gerak melingkar menggunakan Learning Management System Chamilo yang valid, praktis dan efektif untuk pembelajaran fisika materi gerak melingkar. Subjek penelitian yaitu peserta didik kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Banyuasin 1. Metode penelitian pengembangan menggunakan model Alessi dan Trollip terbagi dalam tiga tahapan yakni tahap perencanaan, tahap desain, dan tahap pengembangan.
