This third edition of the University's Fact Book represents the first University-wide data and information resource to encompass all academic units and support components of the newly formed Nova Southeastern University. While the second edition, published in March 1994, presented some preliminary data regarding the Health Professions Division, integration of the separate data bases maintained by the former Nova University and Southeastern University of the Health Sciences was still in the planning and early implementation stages.
