Teacher Education, Educational Leadership & Policy ETDs
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the present college and AFROTC curricula as a means of determining how the curricula might be improved in order to attain better preparation of AFROTC cadets for service as Air Force officers. The areas selected for special consideration in this study are: (1) the degree of occupational satisfaction among graduates of the AFROTC program; (2) the socio-economic adjustment of the AFROTC graduates with serving actively in the Air Force; (4) the areas of University curriculum deficiency; and (5) the weakness in the AFROTC curriculum.
