Children exposed to secondhand smoke (SHS) are at risk of developing ear infections, asthma, wheezing, bronchitis, as well as retarded lung growth. Indoor smoking is the main source of children's exposure to SHS. Despite a downward trend in smoking, children from low income families, especially African American and Hispanic children, continue to be exposed to SHS at a higher rate than their wealthier counterparts. The transformative process of personal growth following suffering and challenges, or posttraumatic growth (PTG), is limited in persons with acquired disability. The dimensions of acquired disability, as outlined by the World Health Organization, include impairments in body functions, body structures, and growth restrictions in activities and participation. The 5 domains of PTG include personal strength, new possibilities, relating to other people, appreciation of life, and spiritual change. Education researchers have documented that first-year teachers are often less effective at reading instruction than their more experienced peers. Accordingly, this qualitative, comparative case study was designed to assess the instructional skills and strategies utilized by first-year and experienced teachers using Danielson's Framework for Teaching as the conceptual framework. This two-year action research project discusses the transitions that English Language Learners (ELLs) experience in moving from remedial second language learning to content-area courses. Two cohorts of twenty-seven ELL students from Asia, Africa, and the Middle East—fifteen students in 2015-16 and twelve in 2016-17— participated in a U.S. History course while attending the pseudonymous West Ackerly High School.

In this study we sought to review financial literacy education in the state of Ohio, particularly for students in Akron City School District. We did this by hosting a day-long financial literacy seminar for high school students in partnership with community financial professionals. I used a pre and post survey to measure the change in student comfortability with financial topics from the beginning of the day to the end. I found that with exposure students become more comfortable with critical financial topics.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) วิเคราะห์คุณลักษณะและผลิตชุดการสอนกีตาร์ไฟฟ้าออนไลน์ด้วยวิธีการเลียนแบบสำหรับผู้เรียนระดับชั้นต้นฉบับนำร่อง 2) พัฒนาชุดการสอนกีตาร์ไฟฟ้าออนไลน์ด้วยวิธีการเลียนแบบสำหรับผู้เรียนระดับชั้นต้นฉบับสมบูรณ์ การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา โดยใช้การสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึก กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ คือ ผู้สอน ผู้ผลิตสื่อ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านกีตาร์ไฟฟ้า และผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการผลิตสื่อ ในประเด็น 1) แนวคิดเกี่ยวกับวิธีการสอนออนไลน์ 2) แนวคิดการผลิตสื่อ 3) แนวทางการพัฒนาชุดการสอนกีตาร์ไฟฟ้าออนไลน์ ใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ใช้การตีความและสร้างข้อสรุปแบบอุปนัย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ชุดการสอนออนไลน์ที่เหมาะสมในการให้ผู้เรียนได้ปฏิบัติตามควรมีส่วนประกอบที่สำคัญ 5 ประการ ดังนี้ 1) ด้านผู้สอน ใช้การแต่งกายและภาษาที่มีความสุภาพเป็นกันเอง 2) ด้านการสอน ใช้วิธีการสาธิตและการบรรยาย 3) ด้านเนื้อหาสาระ เน้นตามความสนใจของผู้เรียน โดยแบ่งออกเป็นเทคนิคการเล่นและทฤษฎีดนตรี 4) ด้านองค์ประกอบสื่อมัลติมีเดีย ควรมีองค์ประกอบทางภาพและเสียงที่มีความคมชัด มีการใช้กราฟิกช่วยเพิ่มความน่าสนใจ และ 5) ด้านสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ เป็นเครื่องมือที่ทำหน้าที่ในการเชื่อมต่อระหว่างบุคคลที่มีความสนใจกับชุดการสอนที่ตรงความต้องการผู้เรียน สำหรับกระบวนการผลิตชุดการสอนฉบับนำร่องประกอบด้วย 3 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ ขั้นเตรียมการผลิต ขั้นการผลิตรายการ และขั้นหลังการผลิต 2. ในการพัฒนาชุดการสอนฉบับสมบูรณ์ได้ข้อค้นพบที่สำคัญว่า ผู้สอนควรให้ข้อสังเกตไว้ในขั้นนำ มีการยกตัวอย่างประกอบและสาธิตการเล่นไปพร้อมกับเมโทรโนม ควรสอดแทรกเนื้อหาเรื่องพื้นฐานที่มีความจำเป็นในการนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ไว้ในบทเพลงท่อนที่สอน ในการถ่ายทำควรใช้กล้องวิดีโออย่างน้อย 2 ตัว เพื่อให้ผู้เรียนเห็นทั้งมือซ้ายและมือขวาของผู้สอนได้อย่างชัดเจน

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษากระบวนการถ่ายทอดการบรรเลงเดี่ยวระนาดเอกของครูพินิจ ฉายสุวรรณ ศิลปินแห่งชาติ 2) สร้างคู่มือการถ่ายทอดการบรรเลงเดี่ยวระนาดเอกตามแนวทางของครูพินิจ ฉายสุวรรณ ศิลปินแห่งชาติ วิธีการดำเนินการวิจัยใช้ระเบียบวิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการศึกษาเอกสาร และการสัมภาษณ์ (interview) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการตีความข้อมูล (interpretation) สร้างข้อสรุปและนำเสนอเป็นความเรียง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ครูพินิจ ฉายสุวรรณ เป็นศิลปินผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านดนตรีปี่พาทย์ทั้งภาคทฤษฎี ภาคปฏิบัติ และการถ่ายทอด โดยเฉพาะเครื่องมือระนาดเอก ได้รับการยกย่องว่ามีความเป็นเลิศ ครูพินิจได้รับการถ่ายทอดการบรรเลงเดี่ยวระนาดเอกจากครูสอน วงฆ้อง ครูพริ้ง ดนตรีรส และครูเชื้อ ดนตรีรส โดยครูทั้งสามท่านนี้เป็นลูกศิษย์โดยตรงของพระยาเสนาะดุริยางค์ ในช่วงหลังขณะที่ครูพินิจรับราชการประจำอยู่ที่วงดนตรีไทยกรุงเทพมหานคร ท่านได้รับการถ่ายทอดบทเพลงเดี่ยวต่าง ๆ จากครูบุญยงค์ เกตุคง รวมทั้งได้ต่อเพลงเดี่ยวเพิ่มเติมกับครูท่านอื่น ๆ ด้วย เช่น ครูบุญช่วย ชิตท้วม ครูสนิท ลัดดาอ่อน เป็นต้น ลูกศิษย์ที่ได้รับการถ่ายทอดการบรรเลงเดี่ยวระนาดเอกจากครูพินิจต้องมีพื้นฐานการบรรเลงระนาดเอกมาก่อนในระดับหนึ่ง ในการถ่ายทอดบทเพลง ครูพินิจเป็นผู้พิจารณาว่าผู้เรียนแต่ละคนเหมาะสมกับบทเพลงใด สำหรับหลักการถ่ายทอดทักษะการบรรเลงเดี่ยวระนาดเอกของครูพินิจ ฉายสุวรรณ มี 3 ประการ ได้แก่ 1) สอนตามสติปัญญาและความสามารถ 2) เน้นเรื่องรสมือของผู้เรียนที่ควรเป็นไปตามธรรมชาติของแต่ละคน 3) เน้นการบรรเลงที่ถูกต้องชัดเจนไพเราะและได้อรรถรสของบทเพลง 2. คู่มือการถ่ายทอดการบรรเลงเดี่ยวระนาดเอกของครูพินิจ ฉายสุวรรณ ศิลปินแห่งชาติ ประกอบด้วย คำชี้แจงในคู่มือ เนื้อหาสาระเกี่ยวกับเนื้อหาที่เป็นความรู้ความเข้าใจในการนำไปถ่ายทอดสำหรับผู้สอน และการนำไปฝึกทักษะการบรรเลงเดี่ยวระนาดเอกสำหรับผู้เรียนตามแนวทางของครูพินิจ ฉายสุวรรณ ศิลปินแห่งชาติ ขั้นตอนการถ่ายทอดและการฝึกทักษะการบรรเลงเดี่ยวระนาด การวัดและประเมินผล และแหล่งอ้างอิง

The amount of information in the world has grown exponentially in the last generation. Students often believe that growing up as digital natives means they have advanced information literacy skills. However, school librarians are not seeing evidence of this in their schools. การทำวิจัยเรื่องปัจจัยความสำเร็จในการจัดกิจกรรมขับร้องคาราโอเกะสำหรับผู้สูงอายุไทย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ผู้ที่ต้องการจัดกิจกรรมขับร้องคาราโอเกะมีความเข้าใจเบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับการจัดกิจกรรมสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ โดยใช้ทฤษฎีการจัดการเรียนรู้สำหรับผู้ใหญ่แอนดราโกจี (Andragogy) และ การออกแบบการเรียนรู้ที่เป็นสากล (Universal Design for Learning) การวิจัยนี้ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) โดยเลือกผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญเป็นประชากรผู้สูงอายุ 60 ปีขึ้นไปจากศูนย์พัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตผู้สูงอายุนครนนทบุรี ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร 1 ท่าน ผู้สอน 5 ท่าน และผู้เรียน 23 ท่าน และชมรมขับร้องประสานเสียงนนทรีคอรัส ได้แก่ ประธานชมรมผู้นำกิจกรรม 1 ท่าน สมาชิกชมรม 11 ท่าน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์อย่างเป็นทางการ และไม่เป็นทางการ การสังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วม และไม่มีส่วนร่วม ตรวจสอบความครบถ้วนของข้อมูลโดยใช้วิธีการตรวจสอบข้อมูลแบบสามเส้า จัดระเบียบข้อมูล สรุปข้อมูล และนำเสนอผลการศึกษาโดยการบรรยาย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยในการจัดกิจกรรมขับร้องคาราโอเกะสำหรับผู้สูงอายุของทั้งสองกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญที่ประสบความสำเร็จ ได้แก่ 1) ปัจจัยด้านสุขภาวะ ได้แก่ สุขภาวะทางอารมณ์ สุขภาวะทางสังคม สุขภาวะทางร่างกาย ด้านสมองและความจำ 2) ปัจจัยด้านการจัดกิจกรรม ได้แก่ มโนภาพต่อตนเอง จุดประสงค์ของกิจกรรม บรรยากาศของกิจกรรม รูปแบบของกิจกรรม และเจตคติของผู้สอน และผู้สูงอายุ 3) ปัจจัยด้านนโยบายและการบริหาร ด้านนโยบายทั้งสองกลุ่มให้การส่งเสริมด้านกิจกรรม ด้านการบริหารบุคลากร ศูนย์พัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตผู้สูงอายุเทศบาลนครนนทบุรีมีผู้สอนจิตอาสาเป็นผู้สูงอายุ อบรมเจ้าหน้าที่ให้มีความเข้าใจผู้สูงอายุ ให้การดูแลผู้สูงอายุเบื้องต้น ปัญหาด้านงบประมาณที่ไม่เพียงพอแก้ปัญหาร่วมกับครูจิตอาสา ชมรมขับร้องประสานเสียงนนทรีคอรัส สมาคมนิสิตเก่ามหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ในพระบรมราชุปถัมภ์ ไม่มีโยบายการใช้งบประมาณที่ชัดเจน และสมาชิกมีส่วนร่วมไม่เท่าเทียมกัน ปัจจัยดังกล่าวเป็นแนวทางสำหรับผู้จัดกิจกรรมในการทำความเข้าใจถึงผู้สูงอายุเพื่อนำไปใช้ในการจัดกิจกรรมขับร้องคาราโอเกะเพื่อสร้างความสุขและการมีสุขภาวะที่ดีสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ
