The great majority of self-instructional programs which have been reported are concerned with the learning of cognitive material and/or perceptual skills. This study is concerned with the development and evaluation of a program teaching motor skills relevant to the learning of cursive writing. The accompanying perceptual skills are essentially of the visual and kinesthetic type.
