This masters project documents the process of the development of a game to teach nutritional behaviors as a strategy to address major health problems in the Hispanic populations in New England. The game can be easily adapted to meet diverse cultural requirements across the U.S.

After discussing the major issues that plague nutrition education programs for Hispanic populations, this paper discusses arguments that support the idea to attempt to teach nutritional issues through the use of games.
