As a matter of course I am egotistical enough to think that you would like to hear from me occasionally.

This speech was given at the Pomona College Rally in Los Angeles. Chapman feels that the population of Southern California is sure to increase dramatically in the coming years, and thinks that efforts should be made at present to cultivate "Christian culture" amongst the newcomers.
