Non-denominational Chapel built in 1941 built outside the entrance of the 19th Century stone fortification. It was auctioned off after WWII and operates as a Seventh Day Adventist Church near the University of Buffalo campus.

Main entrance to the Headquarters Building for the 1212th Service Unit at Fort Ontario. The 1212th had overall responsibility for the command, administration, and operation of the 80-acre army post while the 1210th was stationed at Fort Ontario.
