This inventory serves as a guide to the office files of Morris Shawkey(1923-1935), James Allen (1935-1942), and John Williams(l942-1946). Of particular interest are the files pertaining to the centennial of Marshall College in 1937 (Box 15), The files are arranged chronologically; the inventory is a listing of folder titles year-by-year. The files were transferred to the Archives from Old Main in June 1974; they were arranged and sorted·by Ruth Perry and Cora·P. Teel. The inventory was prepared by Ed Heaberlin.
