The process was split into three distinct but connected segments: Brand Strategy, Brand Identity, and Brand Experience. The University of Maine, the flagship campus of the University of Maine System, invites applications for the position of an Endowed Chair Professorship in Chemical Engineering. The Chair was established in 1989 by a bequest from J. Larcom Ober, B.S. 1913. The purpose of the Endowed Chair is to promote excellence in chemical engineering with an emphasis on pulp and paper applications. The funds distributed from the endowment are available to support the Chair holder, research staff, equipment, supplies, travel, and other professional expenses of the Chair’s team.

Consider Engineering is a challenging and rewarding four-day summer program for high school juniors to get a taste of college life and what it takes to be an engineer.

This program is offered three times in July to groups of 36 students who have completed their junior year of study, excel in math and science, and demonstrate communication and leadership skills. This free-of-charge educational and inspiring program is competitive, with only half the applicants gaining admission. Food and lodging is included.
