This research focuses on how state auditors and superintendents in the State of Ohio participated in the Enumeration process between 1800 and the late 1900s. It focuses around the unexpected nature of auditors carrying out this work. Normally, auditors would review financial statements not count people in such questionable circumstances. The project is essentially trying to piece together from fragmentary historical documents to understand as much as possible why and how these activities were carried out and the role of auditor’s in these processes.

The purpose of this study is to determine whether the BEPS project can mitigate double nontaxation of multinational corporations. This study performs case studies on two multinational corporations: Apple and Starbucks to figure out how they behave in order to avoid taxes and see if there are behavioral differences in response to claims by the European authorities that they did not pay their fair share. It explains and compares their tax-paying strategies to figure out how they may behave with respect to new rules implemented by the BEPS project in the future. El presente informe de investigación tiene como objetivo identificar las oportunidades a partir del sector agroindustrial de frutas y hortalizas procesadas de Estados Unidos y China para Colombia a raíz del conflicto ocurrido entre Estados Unidos y China, la investigación tiene una metodología mixta, cualitativa y cuantitativa para así lograr una visión más amplia de este fenómeno a investigar, se tendrá un alcance de tipo descriptivo y un diseño de tipo no experimental.
