Research Aims: The present research examines the extent to which job satisfaction predicts turnover intentions and examines the extent to which perceived organisational support moderates the association between job satisfaction and turnover intention among academics in Malaysian private universities.

Design/Methodology/Approach: This research adopted a quantitative method. The Turnover Intention Scale (TIS-6), Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ), and Survey of Perceived Organisational Support (SPOS) questionnaires were administered. Multistage cluster random sampling was used in this study. A total of 327 respondents provided valid data and analysed it using SPSS Process Macro Version 3.5.

The Effects Of Transformational Leadership And Job Satisfaction On Commitment To Organisational Change: A Three-Component Model Extension Approach, Luu Tien Dung, Phan Van Hai

Research Aims: The present study aimed to examine the relationship between transformational leadership, job satisfaction and employee commitment to organisational change. Design/Methodology/Approach: Extension of a three-component model was employed. The study sample consisted of 474 employees in organisations undergoing a significant organisational change in Vietnam. The data were analysed using a structural equation model (SEM). Research Findings: The study results show that transformational leadership has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction and organisational commitment to change (affective commitment, normative commitment, continuance commitment). The objective of this research is to analyze the influence of person–organization fit (P-O fit) on work–family conflict (WFC) and job satisfaction (JS) relationships at Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Aceh Regional in Banda Aceh. The sample includes 127 employees, those who have worked more than two years. The data are collected via questionnaire. Work Overload And Turnover Intention Of Junior Auditors In Greater Jakarta, Indonesia, Andika Pradana, Imam Salehudin

This paper aims to analyze how work overload influences turnover intentions of newly hired junior auditors in public accounting offices. Job satisfaction, work related stress and work life conflicts are used as mediating variables between work overload and turnover intention. This study employed 141 auditors from several accounting firms operating in the Greater Jakarta region. The sample was selected using purposive sampling. Three mediation hypotheses were tested using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The present research investigates the effects of personality traits, such as self-efficacy and locus of control, on job satisfaction. It also examines the mediating impact of goal commitment on relationships between personality and job satisfaction. The results indicate that both self-efficacy and locus of control are positively associated with goal commitment. In addition, locus of control is found positively related to job satisfaction. However, self-efficacy does not have the same positive relationship with job satisfaction. The study further confirms the mediating effect of goal commitment on relationships between personality traits and job satisfaction.
