The Global Positioning System GPS, while originally a military project, has significant applications for the civilian industry. Civilian applications benefit from GPS signals by utilizing one or more of three basic components of the GPS location, relative movement, and time. Muslims around the world perform five prayers a day. The five prayers are based on astronomical position of the sun.
