The Percieved Organizational Justice And Job Sastifaction Of Arab American University’S Employees, Emad Wild Ali

This study aims to measure the perceived justice (distributive, procedural, and Interactional) by the Arab American University employees and analyze the relation between the perceived justice and job satisfaction. The study was conducted in the Palestinian environment. Data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to a stratified randomly selected sample out of 500 employees at the Arab American University. The results indicated a strong positive relationship between the perceived justice and job satisfaction (with correlation value =.834 at α=.01).
