The study aimed to identify the importance of self-leadership and its relationship with the application of integrity and transparency in the Palestinian public sector institutions. To achieve this objective; the study adopted the descriptive analytical approach, and a questionnaire was prepared with variables that were derived after an in-depth review of the relevant literature, and it was distributed using a stratified relative sample to a sample of (259) respondents, and it was analyzed through the (SPSS25) program. What do community interpreting for the Deaf in western societies, conference interpreting for the European Parliament, and language brokering in international management have in common? Academic research and professional training have historically emphasized the linguistic and cognitive challenges of interpreting, neglecting or ignoring the social aspects that structure communication. All forms of interpreting are inherently social; they involve relationships among at least three people and two languages.
