The aim of the research is to reveal the perspective of tourism stakeholders in Batman province on street delicacies. For this purpose, data were collected from 21 local stakeholders in Batman province by semi-structured interview method, which is one of the qualitative data collection techniques. The data of the study were obtained between 25.10.2023 and 25.11.2023. The data were analyzed with the help of the MAXQDA program. The study aims to determine the impact of influencers promoting local food and beverages on individuals’ intention to taste local food. In this study, Instagram accounts were selected as the social media platform. The aim of this study is to examine academic publications related to tourism and humor by using bibliometric analysis method. Research data were collected using the Elsevier Scopus bibliometric database. In this context, 90 data, including articles, papers and book chapters at international level, were found in the search carried out on Scopus. Maxqda 2022 package program was used to analyze and visualize the obtained data. As a result, it was observed that publications on tourism and humor were relatively few between 1989 and 2007, and an increase in the number of publications between 2019-2022. The aim of this study is to examine the emotional labor and job stress levels of tourism academicians who train sector managers. The t-test and One-Way ANOVA analysis were conducted to determine whether there is a difference between the quantitative data collected from 346 individuals working as academicians in tourism departments operating in Turkey and the demographic characteristics of the variables. In addition, explanatory factor analysis was performed for the emotional labor scale. As a result, it has been observed that the stress level is high in academicians who have just started their profession.

Therefore, at first, the local dishes of this city were compiled via document analysis technique. Coopetition is a strategy for a company to achieve a competitive advantage in the market environment. However, little is known about how coopetition works in the hotel sector and which organizational departments perform better in terms of coopetitive behaviour. In this research, coopetition is analysed in the context of international hotel marketing consortia (HMC) operating in Portugal.
